Mim’s being a family oriented restaurant, Leechang grew up in this business. She started off as a waitress, working her way through college. Over the many years, she has gained an indepth understanding of how the business works, both front of house and back of house duties. She prides herself on ensuring that every customer is treated as family and every dining experience is memorable.
Joan has been part of the Mim’s family for almost a decade. She is an overall “Gem” and has gained the hearts of our many customers, both new and returning. A nurse during the day, Joan takes exceptional care of her customers, from the moment they walk down those stairs to the very moment they leave. She has been waiting tables for as long as she remembers. Serving others and seeing the satisfaction on their faces after a flavorful meal, brings joy to her heart. Helena, otherwise known as “Bubbles” because of her bubbly personality, has been part of the Mim’s family for 8 years and counting. She always welcomes our guests with a great smile. Bubbles has a motherly propensity and ensures everyone who walks through our doors, feel at home.
Jerry Jr loves to welcome our customers to the family restaurant. He was born into the business and has learned the importance of excellent customer service. He is a very friendly and hardworking young man who ensures that everyone has everything they need to have an exceptional dining experience. Our customers always has the nicest things to say about Jerry.
Over the years, Thomas has worked his way up from Busser to Waiter and Host.He has gained an overall understanding of the restaurant business and has used that to save up for college tuition. Presently a college student, Thomas returns home every chance he gets and plays a pivotal role at the restaurant, whether be it bussing tables, welcoming our guests or waiting tables; he’s an all rounder and loves what he does.
