Now, under the leadership of our manager, Leechang, we continue to carry on the legacy of excellence, warm service, and unforgettable dining. Our long-time staff members, like Joan, Helena (affectionately known as "Bubbles"), and Leechang, have spent years perfecting the art of personalized service. Leechang’s hands-on approach and deep understanding of both front and back-of-house operations allow her to maintain the exceptional quality and warmth Mim’s is known for.
